What’s the latest at good solutions?  Since our last update, we have entered the world of podcasting.  It’s been new — and fun!

good solutions‘ mission is to help entrepreneurs, companies and legal departments in the most time- and cost-effective manner possible. About a year ago, we posted a few FAQs about contracts and intellectual property on our Resources page.  It wasn’t long before we started receiving “snippy” emails from attorneys who lamented that they “got paid” to give out that sort of information, and “why were we giving it away for free?”

That got thinking. With the help of Heidi Miller — one of the leading podcasters/bloggers in the “blogosphere” — I decided to spread the word on some contract and intellectual property basics that I felt everyone should know.

Being a member of the National Speakers Association, I have given a number of speeches on these topics before “live” audiences — but I love the idea that anyone, day or night, can now download some answers to their questions for free.  Some of the podcasts are linked here.

If you are interested in podcasting or blogging, you might want to review some of the handouts and links at Sallie Goetsch’s Podcast Consulting. Podcasts and blogs are a great way to get the “word out” on your business, without the need to hit the speaker’s circuit. And as you can see from the photo on the right, podcasting doesn’t even necessitate pressing the blue suit and breaking out the high heels!

I hope your business is humming!  Keep up the good work, and let us know how we can help you!
